I hear ya. I dont have any outside lights on either and I have kids knocking on my door. I always thought that no lights on was the universal signal for NO candy.

We had the annoying habit of people having their porch lights on and not being home. It was so frustrating!!! Reminds me of that Adam Sandler movie where the guy had is porch light on but didn't answer the door. UGH

Christmas Card Challenge! 72/72 I'm ALL DONE!!!

here the kids are pretty good.... we shut blew out our jackolanterns & shut off the lights around 8:15 and no one came after that.

I don't go to a house unless they have a jackolantern or some sort of halloween decoration, that way I am sure that they are actually participating.

We had one of those last night and they had Halloween decorations as well. I'm not sure if they just forgot or did it on purpose.
