My neighbor just stopped by. He lives about 2 doors up. Last year he had an outdoor light show to music set up in his yard to honor a friend of his who passed away. He had it synchronized to music so that any car riders passing by could tune in to hear it from the radio and watch the light show.

Well every time we were out and about, we would ALWAYS stop in front of his house and watch the light show; sometimes we had time for one song, sometimes two! The kids loved it and honestly we adults did too. When we left we always tooted the horn in appreciation! I also made a point of telling EVERYONE I know about it and there was always a line in front of his house watching the show. Normally that would ANNOY me (because he lives on a corner and it causes problems with thru traffic on both sides) but in this case it was awesome to see so many people enjoying the Christmas cheer

ANYWAY, he just stopped by to ask my boys what their favorite Christmas song was so he could include it in his line up this year

That just touched my heart......I can't wait to see what it's going to be like this year!
