I wear mine all the time. I think I would probably take mine off more, but well there has been a little weight gain, so they just don't come off that easily.
It's a bit of work to get mine off. It stays on unless I am getting it cleaned/repaired, or if I have some sort of rash forming under it.

When I was first married I wore it all the time UNTIL one morning I woke up and found my ring was no longer on my finger. I remember having this bizarre dream about throwing my ring at someone! LOL So, my husband and I searched through all the blankets in the bed and found nothing (panic mode hit, not a good way to start off a marriage!!). We finally found it under the bed!! A week later I woke up again without my ring on and found it next to my dresser on the other side of the room! LOL My dh shook his head. Because of this I stopped wearing it to bed but would put it on right when I got up in the morning and had it on during showers but I found it got kind of scummy if I wore it during my showers AND I broke the prongs TWICE from getting them caught on my towel.
Long story short, I no longer wear it during the night or while in the shower. I can go a few days without wearing it. It doesn't feel odd not to wear or odd to wear it. When I type it seems to get into my way BUT I LOVE MY RING!!!
I only take mine off when I'm putting on lotion because it has channel set diamonds and the lotion never seems to come off. I wear it in the shower because it's tight enough that it won't slip off and that way it gets clean!
I use to wear it all the time, it never came off. Then during my last pregnancy I had to take it off when my fingers started swelling. I do think it was an omen, LOL. Now I can't even get it on, I need to get it resized.
