Hi Guys, I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday.

My Betty Crocker/June Cleaver dreams are going up in smoke :-}.

The diabetic cheesecake for my MIL ended up as green slime on the kitchen floor.

My hubby is working longer than he thought he would today.

My older son has a virus and is acting like the "sickly child" in a poorly written made for TV movie (making himself cry and saying stuff like "did you pray for me, so I won't be sick on Christmas"). He is really good at the pity party.

His younger brother is bent and determined to irritate his big brother and eat the whole gingerbread house before supper.

Sorry - had to vent. Now I can go back and clean up the kitchen, make cookies, hot cocoa, Christmas supper, wrap gifts, and get into the holiday spirit!
