I just heard the country version of Lips of angel

That is not a country song ! I didnt like it all . Have you guys heard it ? what do you think? Hinder or who ever does the country version ? I say hands down HINDER

I heard the whole thing while I was in a little shop at Hershey Park in Dec.
To me it sounded weird but I was wondering which one really came out first?
Its not my kind of song either, so I didn't really care, I don't listen to it.

I like Hinders version much better. Hinder is out of Oklahoma!!!

Yay!! Jack Ingram sings the country version; he did okay.
The other day this song came on; my friend started singing along. When it came to the verse that said, "my girls in the next room," he said, "my COUSINS in the next room!

I was laughing soo hard! He looked at me and said, "what", I said its GIRL, not cousin!! IT was so funny!

I saw something on VH1, like top videos of 2006, I think, and the Hinder version video was in the countdown, and the band was talking about how it the situation in the song actually happened to the leader singer, and he told one of his band mates, and they sat down and wrote a song about it. So from that I would guess that Hinder's version is the original!

I agree-the country version is probably the worst country remake of a pop song I have ever heard-and I love country music!

Hmmm now I'm going to have to listen for it....I'm a huge Country fan, but not when they mess up a song! I Love, love, love the Hinder version!

I love country too. I think it sounded so bad because they did it sloww. It just didnt sound very good to me . I love hinder
