I just baked my mil a birthday cake and when I took it out I noticed it looks flat. I started to clean up the mess and and guess what . I found three eggs sitting on the counter and not in the cake where they are supose to be. DO you think I should give it to her anyway? Will it taste alright? I have more batter so I could make a new one but I dont have much time.

This is your chance to send in a story to Paula Deen to be published in her magazine - I love reading about some of the things that happen to people in the kitchen. I probably have several things I should send in myself. One time I was going to dust my deviled eggs with paparika and guess what I use - cayenne pepper!!! Talk about setting yourmouth on fire but my DH ate a couple of them anyway!!! Bless his heart!!!!

That is kind of funny I did something similar in a cooking class in college. Talk about mortifying! I was so embarrassed the whole class was laughing! Good thing that I was not going into the culinary industry!
