i have a set of three. and i got them soldered together and i love it. you can still see the detail of each of my rings so that you know they are three seperate rings, and soldered together they look like a flower. an this way they don;t move around on my finger.

Beacause the matching band for my engagement wring has a slight notch in it to make it fit the engagement ring, I first chose to have one on each side of my ring (they are slim) and then about 1 week after the wedding I decided to have those bands sokdered together and the engagement ring then fits inside them. It drove me crazy having 3 rings twisiting all around. Mine are soldered with 2 pieces accross the bottom.. None of the detail is compromised because you can't see how they are soldered. If you didn't know better, you'd think they were designed that way!

Mine are done, the jeweler suggested it. As for cost, my huby knew him, I think it was free, but we did it shortly after getting married, and he designed my ring from a picture we gave him.
