You always read that if you decide to be a SAHM, it helps with taxes at the end of the year, because you're in a lower tax bracket. We definitely saw this last year, when we recieved over $5,000.00 from our taxes. Well, this year I worked part time, 2-3 days a week. It was just under $12,000 on my W2. WHAT A DIFFERENCE that makes!!

Even having two kids, deducting the cost of preschool, & what we pay my mom to watch them, AND interest paid on our home, we didn't even get HALF of what we got last year...

I am thoroughly dissapointed.



BUT! I used taxcut through h&r block and military onesource and DID MY OWN TAXES. I am so proud! Even if it took me three hours.....
