You have to go into your private message screen and then on the left it says edit avatar. If you have a picture saved on your computer then browse for it, upload and save. It should work. You can go and find all kinds of pictures on the internet and save them to insert in your avatar. Hopefully I explained it good enough. If you have any questions let me know.~~ Sonja
