I would say attempted murder at the very least. And it has happened without people having sex....several years ago I remember a case of a dr or dentist knowingly passing HIV onto his patients.

Yes there's been advances in the medical field for HIV+ people but honestly- the cost of the drugs is enormous, many times you have to pay for it out of pocket and eventually you DO die. Anyone who knowingly passes such a disease onto another should be punished severely for it.

I do think it should be a crime with punishment, but not a "murder" sentence. I don't know what title per say I would call it, but they should go to jail.

Reckless endangerment is a valid charge in this instance. Especially if the person Knowingly had unprotected sex with someone and failed to disclose that fact beforehand.

However, I think that you are responsible for your own safety! THat is why you couldn't pay me enough to being in the dating pool today. Its ridiculous. I know people had those cards stating they were tested and were clean but if that test was 6 mos ago how do you know what they've done since then. No ma'am, married sex is the way to go!
