I'm not far above you girls...here near Bowling Green, Kentucky. We got about an inch as well.
And don't make fun...our roads really are treacherous when it snows here (we're out in the boonies)...they're horrible. And NOBODY knows how to drive in it. Dh went into town this morning and said the roads weren't good at all...The reason being, it's warmer here. So when it first starts snowing, it starts to melt on the road first and then freezes. So the roads are iced first and then snow covers it. It's not like up North where the roads and ground are already completely frozen for 9 months of the year!!! LOL
