I'm usually not - but I have found myself almost obsessed w/the family accross the street. LOL

The couple has 2 teenage children, 1 boy, 1 girl. A couple months ago I was shocked to see baby paraphenalia boxes in their garbage (no I wasn't snooping - it was obvious - large boxes). I can't figure out if the teenage girl is pg or if it's the mom. The mom sort of looks pg - but the daughter seems to have disappeared - we never see her. The boyfriends car is constantly over there now too...

I just wanna know who's pg! LOL

That's funny, I was like that with one of our old neighbors. We lived in an apartment and the guy never left to go to work and the girl would leave somewhere at midnight with a duffel bag. I kept telling my dh she was a stripper and when it happened on a regular basis he figured the same. She would get home around 5 am and I couldn't think of any other job that is between those hours. Come to find out we started talking to them saying hi and when we later moved we ran into to them and she had been pregnant the whole time, and just had a baby, well she started saying that she was doing good that she went back to work already. Well this was my chance to see if we were right, yep she was an exotic dancer, and I must say that is pretty gross because I could see all of her loose skin and fat because she had a belly shirt on, who does that?

Anyway she was telling me how much money she made while she was pregnant and I couldn't keep my eyes off of the baby, he was on oxygen and tiny tiny. I'm not saying it was from stripping but since then I became a lot nosier of a neighbor.

My neighbor is in the millitary and away for sometimes a year at a time. He has these ppl that are supposed to come check on his house and mow the grass etc.... THEY use him sooo bad, in fact when he came home he found his mower needed new tires- from them using it up and down the street to their house....hummmm do you think he can figure that part out??? My other neighbors moved in last spring and they are NOT used to having neighbors CAUSE they leave their blinds OPEN- and run around inside ALL THE TIME! It's right out my kitchen window HOW CAN I NOT LOOK? At night I close the blinds and say- G'night Tim! LOL
I guess Im a nosy neighbor

I'm not a nosy neighbor, but we do look out for each other. Most of our neighbors are retired, elderly and widowed so we always make sure they are ok, if they need anything from the store in the winter when the roads are bad and we run to the store, that kind of thing. I'm just worried about what kind of neighbors we might end up with when/if we move! We got so lucky, we really love the ones we have and you never know who you are moving next door to.

I don't intend to be ... but our next door neighbor's house is situated in such a way that you can't help seeing every little thing that is going on over there. They live on a sweeping corner lot so the front side of their house is completely exposed to everyone driving by. I'm on the other corner so I have an unobstructed view of their backyard. No one has privacy fencing around here.

We have a large planting bed between our house and their house which I have filled with trees and bushes. I want my privacy and I like not having to see my neighbors all the time. But there are times - like now, in the middle of winter when there aren't any leaves out - when it is sort of hard to avoid.
