I cannot stop crying. I have been like this on and off for a week or so. No, I'm not pregnant, my tubes are tied, so stop that.

I've got to pull myself together before dh gets home or he will think I'm insane! I hate this.

How is the weather where you live? Sometimes when it is particularly dreary, rainy, cold, etc. I get in a funk where my moods are generally pretty low. Hope you feel better!

could it just be PMS? Go outside (if you can) and get some sunlight on your face, it's really good!! Or, turn on some upbeat music and dance like no one is watching.

Are you 100% sure you can't be pregnant, it CAN happen with a tubal.

Are you PMSing... or if the weather is bad. I get that way all the time. I'm fine and then bam here comes the waterworks... It is okay to have a few down days but if it continues you should go to the doctor. I agree with going to get some sunlight. It has vitamin D and it is good for depression. Or if you like too. Treat you self to a session at a tanning salon. Feel Better Soon.

It is pms time...usually that makes me want to beat up dh, not cry for nothing. Maybe I'll smack 'em at lunch just to be sure it doesn't make me feel better...lol

It has been truly dreary out lately too. I'll take the garbage out and look up.

You can get pregnant after a tubal?!? Then what? just courious....

I was going to suggest if you could get out in some sunshine or get some ME time and get a new haircut or massage, something just for YOU! Bad weather/cloudiness makes for depression, I am always icky on those days. I am on meds for my depression and boy it has really helped ALOT, I'm not nearly as emotional as I've been.
