Im wondering if he would like it.

He is at a good age. A lot of the rides have height requirements- so he will make it.
The rides all look like legos- nothing really fast though. There is also a big playground were the kids all run wild!
JMO- I do not like it- there to me is a small age window of when kids like it and then are too big for it. Your son is in that window of liking it- though in a year or 2 he will not.

We just went!!!! My 3.5 and 6.5 year old sons had a blast. However my oldest is a little bit of a nervous kid when it comes to the dark or fast rides. He wouldn't ride some of the roller coaster like rides. My 4 year old neice did though sooooooooooooooo if your 7 year old is into that type of thing he'll be just fine.

The food and drinks were very expensive so i would suggest taking some snacks.

When we were there it was pretty chilly so alot of the water rides were closed.

They had a great special when we were there. If you paid with an American Express card the kids got in free!!! That was over an $80 savings for us.

I know the Entertainment books have coupons in them too. Post on your freecycle or craigslist and you could probably get someone to give you them.

Yes, several times. My kids still love that place and they're 12 and 9. Just depends on the individual child. My older son loves legos, my younger son can sorta take them or leave them but they both really enjoyed LegoLand the times we've gone (two times in CA and two times in Germany). Their website is pretty good at outlining what they have available. We always found we could do the whole place in one day.

Have fun!
