Well....it's the flu, Type A. *sigh* She already has a whole bottle of Tamiflu because when they thought Catie had the flu last week, they prescribed it for all of the kids. Since Catie was found that night to NOT have the flu but a bacterial infection instead, we didn't give them the meds...guess we will now! Even on ibuprofen, Abby's fever hasn't broke...so I'm going to alternate Tylenol and Motrin every two hours until it helps the fever. Sometimes she acts fine, like there's nothing wrong, but she sleeps restlessly and also wants to sleep far more often than usual. And she's MUCH more cuddly than usual...she's normally very independent, but I'm hearing alot of "Mommy, I want you"...which is FINE because I rarely am wanted for snuggles...I just wish she didn't have to be sick to want them!

The other kids should be fine...they have Tamiflu to help them keep from getting it. But please pray for dh and I. We didn't get it because it's $75 per prescription! Just pray we'll be protected from it.

Poor Abby!!! Poor Martha!!!! I am praying that everyone is healthy soon!

I hope everyone gets better soon. I hate nothing more than my kids being sick. I feel like I want to be sick for them just so they don't feel any pain.

You're not alone. My family of 4 has been to the doctor's 4 times in the last month. We've all had something or other. My heart goes out to you!!
