Anyone else here suffer from hot feet? About 4-6 months ago I began having the sensation that my feet where hot. Not unbearable, but definately annoying. They aren't hot to the touch, just feel hot to me. I notice it mostly in the evening and morning. I saw my Dr. and he doesn't know what it is. Checked my thyroid and hormone levels and both are fine. Anyone here have any experience with this?

Well, my feet are always hot and sweaty, which is why I rarely wear socks, LOL But I don't consider it anything unusual.

But, my sister has a friend that does have a foot condition that causes her feet to be hot, tingly and almost numb sometimes. I'm not sure what it is actually called, we jokingly call it 'flaming foot disease' It may be similar to Neuropothy(sp) Maybe do a google search on foot issues? HTH

That was one of the signs of pre-menopause that I experienced. If you're in your mid-30's you're right on target.

Oh the things they don't tell you about pre-menopause!

My mom has this as part of her fibromyalgia condition. It is really bad in the morning and at night, too.

I had this several times and I think it might be hormone related. The first time I was pregnant and it was so bad I put ice cubes in a washcloth and just kept rubbing them on the bottoms of my feet.

The second time was probably a year ago. I didn't have to resort to the ice cubes, but used that 'icy' type muscle gel on them and that helped. I am in premature menopause so in my case I definitely believe it's hormonal.

Mine go back and forth, but I can tolerate the cold more than the hot! I can't stand for my feet to be hot! I have moved into my sandals and will probably not wear any shoes but untill October or Novemeber! I love to stand on the cold floor in the summer!

You've been checked for diabetes, right? Have you tried using Gold Bond powder to see if it will help?
