I have been working so hard to get all the bad stuff off of our credit reports. Well wouldnt you know that after all this work I have done the people never followed thru and removed the bad marks or removed themself completely from our credit. So needless to say the apartment I was trying to get called me this am saying we were not approved. Well I was like look my hubby is in Iraq I am dealing with everything is there anyway you can tell me whats holding us back and I can contact these people cause I know I have paid everything off. so thank God for the good kind southern souls he told me everything that was holding us back and I contacted the places and I am trying to get this resolved cause I have to get this apartment or else drive back down there again to find something else uuggghhh. Oh and I have to give my apartment 60 days written notice so I was panicing for a bit but I think I got everything taken care of so hopefully by tomorrow or wednesday I should know if I deffinately got the place. UUUGGGHHH all I want is a nice home in a nice area to raise my family and man we just keep getting knocked down. I mean my hubby brings in several thousand a month in pay do you think that matters noooooo its that darn score that makes who you are. Yeah we have all had hard bad times but we all get thru them and a number is not who I am I am a person who has tried her hardest to make do and had some rough times is there ever a time where that number doesnt count for everything? Sorry kind of a long vent but I needed to get it out cause I am ready to scream if this number keeps me from getting this apartment.

After you had paid these said things did you get a letter saying you paid it in full? If not I definitely would contact them. They need to remove these things from your credit report if they are paid. Would a letter or letters from the creditors saying things are paid make this landlord rent to you? I hope it works out for you.

I have contacted all the places and requested that they fax a letter stating that its paid and closed out and all down to the new landlord. So with talking to him he said we should be ok just have to pay a higher deposit. I told him at this point in time I dont care what I have to pay as a deposit I just want the apartment lol. So hopefully I should hear something back by tomorrow on if they can do anything to help me or what else I can do to try to get this to go thru
