Dh and I had bought a lamp there a few months back, well the sconce/shade was glass. A couple of weeks ago it was broken. Friday night we went there to see about getting a replacement shade. There were none on the shelf so I grabbed the box from the original lamp and asked if we could order one. He ended up calling the company and they were closed but said he would call back today. He just called back here and said that it was to complicated to order but if we brought back the oriiginal they will replace the whole thing for us. Now thats customer service. To think my dh said we should just purchase a new one. So glad I asked!

They have been great for us as well. We are in the process of building a new home and have never had a problem replacing things. This weekend we dropped by and spoke to the guy over the plumbing department. We had purchased 4 toilettes a few weeks ago and 1 did not have a lid for the tank. My DH had brought the item number (he is so responsible) and the guy found the same toilette and gave us a lid no questions asked. I was amazed!

I worked at Lowe's for a while and they are really pretty good about standing behind the merchandise. Especially since if its damaged they can send it back for credit so its not hard for them. Glad it worked out good!

My hubby is a contractor and Lowes is the only place that he uses. They are awesome about standing behind there product and go out of their way to help you when you need it.
