I am looking for Applebee's specifically but can't seem to find any.
We are going there on Wed. once we arrive in AZ and I was hoping
to find some kind of coupon for it. TIA!!

I searched and didn't have much luck, but try going to their website:

and joining their mailing list. It says you'll get special offers , and I know a couple of restaurants I've done this and as soon as you sign up you get a free coupon via email.

We've gotten a free dessert or appetizer, a buy one get one free entree, and I think somewhere it was $5.00 off your total bill. Then most places will send you a similar email coupon on your birthday as well.

Have you tried restaurants.com? It's not exactly coupons, but discounted certificates. You put in the city you're interested in and there will be a list of offers. Example:
Pay $3.00 for a certificate worth $15.00 towards your meal. (saving you 12.00)
There are lots of different offers. There's also another website that gives you a code to pay only half the price for the same thing. Like $1.50 instead of $3.00
