Sometimes we get so busy we take our lives for granted. Today stop and give your family an extra hug, bake their favorite cookies, tell them you love them. Turn off the tv and dance with them, no matter how silly you look. It's easy to get in a groove and take your kids for granted but you really never know if you will have them tomorrow.

I'm not saying to live paranoid, just stop, take a breath and don't take the little ones for granted.

Especially on the anniversary of Columbine, take time to let them know how proud you are and how much you love them.
