I think my ds has been going to bed at 8 since he's been a baby and he's 8 years old now and still goes to bed at 8. I let him stay up until 9 on weekends.

Our normal bedtime for the boys is between 8-9. We try and stay in this range, normally the boys couldn't stay up past 9 if they tried. Our boys are 2.5 and 1 though.

DD#1 goes to bed between 8-8:30, it used to be 10-10:30, but once I got pregnant with DD#2 I started making her go to bed earlier and earlier. So know both go to bed between 8-8:30. I usually stay up till 11-12.

7:30 is not early We get up at 4am weekdays so we go to bed at 9pm. Our girls go to bed between 7:30-8pm. They get up around 6-6:30.
