Things aren't going so well for me at work. i am on the verge of getting fired. Ever since the new manager started, she is all sorts of on my case. I just don't know what to do anymore. I have gotten written up twice now. One more time and I am gone!!! This is great, considering I am pregnant and have medical benefits here at work. What on earth am I going to do???

I would think they would have to give you specific examples of what you're doing wrong if they're writing you up. If not, then I'd ask them for that. For example (since I don't know what you got written up for) if they said "rude behavior", I'd ask for specific examples of when you behaved rude or said something rude. They have to have that or they can't fire you. Also, they should have given you guidelines or expectations of how they expected your performance to improve. If they DID give you examples, then I guess my only advice is to try to follow what guidelines they gave you and hope you can at least make it until your baby is born.

Good advise!

aliadams advice is right on. Also if they make you sign the write up make sure you get a copy of it. Since I don't know what the problem is its hard to say what I would do.
