Well a former co-worker emailed me yesterday and said that the District Manager called her to see if I was looking to go back to work. So when I talked to her she said that they are willing to give me some hefty negotiations to go back. Right now my dh is in the middle of company problems and dispute. He has been looking for another job for a while now. When I quite in September I carried the insurance and after 4 months of battling with the state for insurance they denied us. We make hardly anything over the maximum to qualify.
So this brings me to the now. If I take this job we will be making more, have health insurance, be closer to home than dh's work, no weekends, less stress for dh and we will not have to put the kids in daycare because daddy will be watching them.
Has anyone been in this type of situation before?
My husband also will work on the weekend as a EMT/Firefighter. To supplement our income since we are moving into a house versus an apartment.
There is just so much to decide and so much going on that I feel so overwhelmed! I am nervous yet excited at the same time.
Please send good vibes our way. Right now we need it! Thanks for listening.

This made me laugh out loud! He is always asking what kinds of deals Kim has today for us!

Yes I think that we will be a lot happier this way.

I will keep you all updated Monday night. I go talk to them Monday afternoon! I gotta get my heavy negotiating shoes on!

It is Customer Service at an Auto Body Shop. I actually am in the middle of the that position and training to do estimates on damaged vehicles. Kind of like an insurance adjuster that appraises vehicles after accidents. But I would do it in the shop. Kind of a mans job but lots of fun!!LOL

My DH is a SAHD.
It is a unique situation.
It is not for everyone but give it a try.

It will change the dynamics but it can be worked out.
It is a team effort and not always easy.

I would have preferred being a SAHM but ladyluck not on my side.
DH tries very hard and does quite a bit.

PM me if you have any questions.
