You are not being to paranoid at all. My 2 little ones are getting their tonsils and adnoids out on June 7th because they have been sick non stop since the first of the year with strep and other infections. I am with you on asking about allergy testing and asthma. The asthma can trigger so many different things my son who is 2 has been hospitalized once with pneumonia and asthma he has a running script of meds because anything can set him off. My kids are not normal though if they get sick with a runny nose or somthing that a dr would say is a virus with in 24 hours they are on the verge of being admitted to the hospital with some serious inf. I had my oldests tonsils and adnoids removed when she was 5 and since then she gets sick maybe 1 time a year and yes its a doozy but its easier than every other week going to the dr. I would suggest looking into if you could possibly have any mold in your house because that is a silent killer so to say you dont know whats making you sick but your always sick. sorry this is so long but I would deffinately check into allergies.

When reading your post, the first thing I thought of was did you check for mold? I know they have professionals that do that...I'm wondering if they have some sort of home kit?
Yes, definately get the allergies and asthma checked out...definately rocks your world sometimes when you have both.
