Can you still just call and order then pick up and pay at a store? I tried to order online to p/u at the local catalog store and I have to pay when I order. I just wondered. I have 2 gift cards to use and it's giving me grief trying to use them both online. I haven't ordered from them in so long, didn't know if you still could pay when you pick up. Thanks!

I have no idea...I never shop at JCPenney. Maybe call your local store directly and ask? Or email customer service via the website?
