Jen thanks I was just about to post.

You wont beleve it (I still dont) The barring order is extended till the 20th September the custody case is deferred till then, because the barring order was deemed to be the more serious. The fact that James interupted the judge three times and she got ticked might bave havd something to do with it.!!!

He had a solicitor, barrister and personal stenographer representing him and he still couldnt be quiet (your not allowed to address the Judge here unless they address you). I just had my solicitor.

I was really surprised she extended the order, its practically for a whole month!!! TG. He had broken the barring order during the week and that was an arrestable offence. He got a visit from the police before the court appearance but that didnt subdue him any.

At least the barring order will still be in place when Conor goes to his new school and that is such a huge relief

thanks Jen and everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers I was really really sick thinking about this since last week.

Its good to be home and writing to you now its all over for the moment

Oh, Anne...I know you were a nervous wreck for some time before the court appearance. I'm so glad it is over for you. For now, anyway. I bet you were giggling inside when he was ticking the judge off!!! Shmoe that he is.

Glad you are back home and can relax for another month.

Anne, that's great news. Now relax and enjoy your month in the James free zone. I hope this will teach him to act like a grown up in the future....I know, but I can hope it for you.

Glad things went your way. Can't believe he can't behave even in court. I'm curious how your boys are taking this?? Do they still want to visit him or are they glad to not have to see him???

That's what I was wondering, it is so hard on the kids. I'm so glad you got your additional month in the "james free" zone. Hang in there...
