A couple of these were common sense imho, but it was an interesting article so I thought I would share.

Those are some really good tips -- I never thought about what would happen if your window was halfway down and you were in a wreck.

The only thing that I thought they could have touched on better was the last item: If you see flashing lights pull over immediately and stop completely if the officer is coming for you. I have always heard and read that if you are a woman and you are driving alone at night and you see a police car or unmarked car flashing their lights to get you to pull over, you are to turn on your hazzard lights, slow down and proceed to a well lit, populated area. You never know if its a real police car or just some sicko with flashers attached to his sickomobile.
