I love Mypoints, too. I've been a member for I don't know how many years and have gotten countless gift cards, just from reading the 5 point emails. I've never actually bought anything from them and I have an accumulative total of over 13,000 points, with over 8,000 still to be redeemed. When they first started, you could earn a cruise on a ship for something like 75,000 points. They took it off, last time I checked. I need to start "reading" more of my emails from them to get more points.

The only shopping I've done so far is order picture prints from York photo. It went SO smooth and I got 500 points from that!!!

I've gotten 1 $10 gc so far. I did it just to 'try it out and see if I would really get a card'. Boy was I thrilled when it came in!! I tend to go for Walmart cards because I live so close and do most of my shopping there. This is my 'christmas club' and I plan on cashing my points in closer to the holiday to do my shopping. I'm SO close to that $50 GC!!And I almost only read emails or do surveys!

I just signed up for this, but I want to know.. y'all that make your points from reading emails.. what emails are you reading? Are you taking surveys or something? The only thing I see available for getting points is by purchasing things. TIA.

When you sign up make sure that you say you are interested in everything. You will soon start getting emails from MyPoints that are tailored to your interests. Open the email, scroll down a little bit and click on the big red button that says 'get points'. A new window will open for the website that they are advertising. Close the window and delete the MyPoints email. There you go, you just made 5 points! HTH
