Do you watch any tv in the summer? Do you let your kids watch tv or make them play outside?

I try to save the tv for the kids during rainy days and in the morning but sometimes I give in. YOU?

We always have the TV on. It is a terrible habit, but it is back ground noise. Gosh, it is on now...lol

We have a TV that's only for movies. It isn't even hooked up to an antenna. They get 1 movie a week and that's it. There are other, more constructive things for them to do.

I notice if I'm moody that the tv is on more. It saves them from having to hear me nag and complain!! But honestly for the most part, I hate when the tv is on!!!

Its usually on. My son balances his time playing outside with just watching tv/playing video games. Sometimes I wish he'd just stay inside for a change.
I prefer that he stay inside during the hot summer days and watch tv, then when the sun is going down he can go out and play for a while.

My child doesn't watch TV. I am anti TV as far as starting her on it at under 2!
