so i went to walmart to buy a new moniter today, and it cost me 225.00 and that was the cheapest one they had, well i figured it would come with all the cords we would need to hook it up to the tower. well i was wrong. it didn't come with the cord to hook the monitor to the tower so you couldn;t use it unless you bought the VGA cord seperately, well walmart doesn't sell those, go figure, so i had to drive all the way back to town and then go to a different electronics store and spend an additional 25.00 on the stupid cord, adn then i realize after i get home again, that it didn;t come with sound cords either, but i said to heck with that, i will use my old speakers instead of spending more money to get new sound cords for the stupid thing. and then to top it off when i needed help at walmart they were super rude to me like always. i hate asking for help there cuz the employees are always so ignorant to customers.

I had to buy a new monitor on Wednesday - I checked Best Buys Sale ad - they has a monitor on sale for $150, Walmart had one the same size similar model for $225 - they would not match the price so I got the one at Best Buy. It came with the cords, it also has built in speakers (the one at Walmart did not.)

I go out of my way to avoid shopping at Walmart, it makes me angry they have driven so many business' out of town.

I would take it back and go somewhere else cause you ccan get a way better deal anywhere and more than likely it will come with all the cords and stuff.

I agree.This is rediculous.You can find a better deal somewhere else I am sure...with better service!

the only problem is to go somewhere else i have to drive over an hour to get there. we live in a decenmt sized down, but walmart is the only major store here that sells electronics. the pathetic part is, they are the cheapest for electronics as well. i checked all the other stores here, they are all privately owned, and can't compete with walmart. its very frustrating to know that walmart is one of the only places to get childrens clothing or pretty much anything you need that grocery stores don't carry. they have definately monopolized our towns business.
