Whoo Hoo! We've wanted one for a really long time and we finally got one. Someone had it for sale in front of their house for $75, we offered them $50 and they said yes. Does anyone else have one and if so, what do you make with yours.

sounds interesting - does it just smoosh up fruit?

yes, you can use it to make apple juice or cider, or wine, any fruit really. My kids went on a field trip to a local apple farm last fall and they used one to show them how to make cider. My dh's grandpa used to have one and they made wine. I think it will be a fun family project in the fall. We always have so many apples we don't know what to do with them all.

We have one, we make cider, any type of juice at all. I have grape vines in my back yars and we even do our own grape juice. It's very good. We've done wine but not lately.
