Anyone else get annoyed with the search function?

I just need to vent a second... I've never met a forum with a pickier search function than this one!!! There's been tons of times I've tried to search something and the words are to short or to common...
Like tonight, I search: vinegar uses
I get "The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search: uses"
Argh! Guess it's off to google to find that info since vinegar alone finds ! 15 ! pages of results!
