We have a friend that was helping one of his best friends work on a roof on Saturday and he slipped from the ladder and went down. We know for sure he broke both wrists, fractured some vertebrae in his back (not sure how many yet) and he possibly broke his ankle (haven't heard for sure on that one). Now pneumonia has set up from being bedridden. On top of that, his wife was called back to the hospital tonight...they are taking him down for more tests because they believe he may have a blood clot in his lung. He is 29 and his wife is around the same age. She has a degree but is currently a SAHM to their two children (ages 6 and 3)...he is the sole income provider for the household and obviously isn't going to be able to work for quite some time. Please pray for a speedy recovery, that there is no blood clot, for their finances and that nothing happens to his job/insurance while he is off. Also pray for his wife...not only is she having to be with him, their 3 year old is sick with croup and an infection of the pharnyx (sp?). I know she must be exhausted.

Big prayers for their family. My BIL fell off a church roof he was helping on. He broke both feet and was in a wheelchair for quite a while. Since he has fully recovered, but his feet are still sensitive. I hope the best for your friend.
