We had a Chevy Venture van (extended)the Warner Bros. edition and just traded it in this past June for a Malibu Maxx. We had the van 3yrs and I was just sick of it. I never really really wanted a van to begin with but we got a great deal on it (with dh working for the dealership), it had everything you could possibly want in it. We only had our one ds at the time but it was really great for all the remodeling projects we've done in the house, hauling everything from the store to the house and it fit in the van. I did really like the sliding doors though and it was so easy to get the kids in and out of the vehicle. I just got tired of driving a big old van around when I felt I really didn't need it anymore. We did take two long vacations in it (from Pennyslvania to Hilton Head and one year to Florida) and it was ok. The Malibu Maxx is so much more comfy than the van ever was and we took that to Wildwood this June and we still had plenty of room. I guess I found out I'm just not a van person.

Another vote for the Honda Odessey - ours is the '03 and I LOVE IT. Power doors, 3rd row that folds down, captain chairs that can be made into a bench (we leave as captain chairs). One little thing I love in the winter is our driver and passenger seat warmers! Saftety features all over the place, great reliability - can't think of anything I don't love about my van!
