It would be tough to be him in any country, but I think in China, it was almost one of those things that he felt he HAD to do.

I went through the whole list of toys from the last one and did end up having one Diego toy. I will be going through this next one just as carefully. My children are past the age of putting things in their mouths...but still!

Just handling the toy(s) would put lead on their hands, and then if they stick their hands in their mouths (or noses), or if they don't wash as well as you'd like before they eat, they'd still be ingesting some lead.

I really don't like any of the potential presidential candidates, but I am to the point where I'll probably vote for whomever grows a pair and decides to ban imports from China until they stop trying to kill us. Enough is enough-why doesn't our government get it---dog food, cat foods, countless toys, toothpaste, etc.

Yipes. Thanks for the heads up. I'll watch out for it tomorrow and be ready to strip the kid's room down. Everything we own is Mattel/Fisher Price....EVERYTHING. Ouch.

I second that!

Here's a brilliant idea- how about they move the plant to the US and give Americans those jobs producing 80% of the toys sold worldwide!

At this rate, we might as well start importing medication made by the Taliban!
