I'd give up the tv. I could always watch dvds on the computer and catch up on tv shows that way too!!!

TV for me too. I hardly watch it as it is. I'd much rather be online or on the phone anyway. Although since this whole buying a house thing came up, I have been watching quite a bit of HGTV. My poor DS, he's watching it along with me because he doesn't like sitting downstairs by himself. Oh well, maybe he'll grow up to be an interior designer and decorate my future custom home.

I'd give up phones immiediatley. Cause at 9:30. An arab man calls and says YOU WIN FREE CELL PHONE!! Day one I say No thank you. Day two I say I told you NO DON"T CALL HERE!! Day 3 I say I told you three times NO!!! Tommorow I'm gonna Say I told you not to call my bleep house no bleep more or plan b In a fake accent say Who?....no such and such here.

I would LOVE to say I could give up my phone. I've almost completely given up my landline. The only reason we still keep the service is because the satellite service needs to use the landline to verify our account and download new settings to the set-top box. Our landline doesn't have any features on it. I don't have any kind of answering machine or voicemail system on it. I love that. It is wonderful. I don't even have caller ID. If I'm home and answer the phone, you're in luck!

However, my job as a teleservices operators depends on the second landline phone so I really can't give that up. And I can't give up my cellphone because that's how hubby and I communicate when he is away on a business trip. Occasionally, I have to use the cellphone to make a long distance phone call, too. For instance, earlier this week I had to call long distance to solve a problem. I couldn't have done it any other way. Sadly, I'm not about to give up access to a phone.

Nor a computer.

That left me with giving up TV, which I could do. DD and I love watching the Discovery channel, though, so it would be a sacrifice.

Oh No!! I have dial-up internet, I'm NOT giving this up!!!

I would choose TV, I could easily live without it! Now my kids......well, it wouldn't be so easy for them!

That is not a hard decision - It would be the TV.

This is easy- phones. I hate phones. My skin crawls when they ring.

Besides, I can communicate with anyone through the computer. DH even gets to be on AIM all day at work- so I can talk to him in real time.

Store hours and directions are online. Many websites have live help online. And even my Doctor's office lets you schedule your appointment online! Woo-hoo!

Mom to Matt, 3 years and Catie, 7 months!

NO question for me there...Phones. I hate them. The only person I will talk to on the phone on a regular basis is my mom. It is now a running theme with my aunt she'll call my house and b/c she knows I hate the phone she will sing into the answering maching "I know you're there, sitting there listening to me ramble...." So every once in awhile I mix it up and answer it for her

I can't give up the TV or internet (and e-mail!) ...no way, no how!
