Yes, i even cut off the individual stands of hair that some of the harder to remove nits were on. She's still walking around with slightly greasy hair, tried a vinegar rinse this morning.......but i guess if it's greasy, any live lice won't be able to lay any Nits ? lol.
I think we are just about completely rid of it all. I haven't seen any nits on dd this morning, but i am not sure about my own head yet.

You're right, though...lice won't lay eggs on dirty hair...maybe you should grease her down good every day!

How are things with her today? Getting lice is such a pain! So sorry you are having to deal with it!
