So, we've been making 2 mortgage payments for over a year. We've had one offer in that time that we were not able to accept. Today we had someone look at the house and they are writing an offer RIGHT NOW. I should know in a little while what it is. Please, pray or send good thoughts our way that this will work for us. I honestly don't think that we can continue to keep 2 houses for much longer.
