That's too bad about the pillows.
I called Kohls this morning and the girl told me "sorry you placed your order just before the site closed for major maintenance". I said "so I am expected just to except that answer?" I was really mad at this point, because not only were they giving me the run around but I am not going to receive the clothes I wanted because of their mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor "sorry my supervisor is not in yet"
So I called back later today and asked to speak to a supervisor, was on hold for 30mins and finally got the supervisors answering machine, left a message....he called back directly, and told me he apologises for the inconvenience Kohls.com has given me and offered me a 15% discount and will waive the Priority shipping next time I place an order.
