This is such a drag. You're braver than I am for confronting them. I never understood the vandalism thing either. When I was in high school my sister used to do dumb stuff like this and even then I didn't get it???

I hope you get the money, you may want to let the post office know cause if there is no box they will hold your mail, I used to work there. that is how I know LOL
