It seem like every time I am totally grossed out with my hair, can hardly wait to get it cut, because I am long past due, people come up to me and say "Oh I love your hair...it looks so nice!" !! What the heck!!! I'm thinking "are you blind or something?"! I have a short cut and both myself and dh always say (after I get it cut short again), that I look younger with it cut really short. When it starts to grow out a bit, I feel shabby looking or something, like I have bad hair days all the time. Maybe it was my new make-up I had on yesterday ? Anyway, it always leaves me in a ponder....wondering if maybe I shouldn't cut it??? Drives me crazy !!

Does this ever happen to you gals?

My girlfriend and I were just talking about this. We were wondering why the week before you get your haircut you suddenly like it and think it looks good? Strange how this happens. Also, I've been asked if I just got it cut and I'm like NO, I'm going tomorrow. Weird.

But yes, I've had people comment on how good it looks the day before I get it cut too.

Ha...yah, I forgot to say, that the same person who said it looked so nice yesterday, also asked me if I got it cut ?

This happens to me all of the time! In fact right now it is just below my ears adn it is driving me crazy! Yet last week someone at work asked if I got it cut and that it looked great. Go figure! I think it looks like a messy poof! So I hear ya.

I just got mine cut and highlighted over the weekend and no one has said anything yet!!

Yup...had that happen more than once too !

It goes along with being sick and suddenly feeling better while you're sitting in the doctor's office waiting room, this theory is especially true with sick kids too!
