My boss called me today for an exit interview. I had to tell her what a bunch of whiners I worked with. I also told her that I wish I could stay on call, but in reality the only days I might be available would be Tue and Thur afternoons. Not much help. She did appriciate me telling her that. Most people will say they can be on call, and say no everytime you call to ask them to work. I did say that I might be able to be on call during the summer.

It's too bad I didn't get an exit interview...I had a lot of issues to get off my chest, but decided just to leave work and stay home with my kids.
