Its been about 2 yrs since Ive played around with it. Now Ive forgotten how to do it.

Last night I was going to upload music to an Ipod shuffle I had won here at work and let my son have it. I got the song to save from the cd to itunes. Then I was stumped on how to upload it to the Ipod!

Could someone refresh me???

Did you get to upload the songs from the cd onto your music section of the itunes? I know when I put in a cd and play it- it will come up if I want to add it into my music. From there when you plug in your ipod it should "synchronize" it with your ipod and add the new music onto your ipod. That is pretty much what I recall from it (it has been awhile since I added a new song from a cd onto my dd's ipod)- so if that does not work- I will try to load a new song on my dd's ipod and let you know step by step what to do! HTH!

I uploaded a song from his cd and it went into itunes. Am I supposed to plug the ipod after I load a song? Or does it not matter?
