I used to hate the canned buiscuits, but I am ok with it now. I think my mom always had me open them for her. My neice(18) also has a balloon phobia. I just found out. I would have left them out of all the parties I invited her too.
I am slightly afraid of heights. I am ok in skywalks. But just last night I went somewhere that on the second level you could see down to the first level, and the wall only goes up a little over your waist. I always think about if someone was horsing around they could get bumped over. And in highschool, I hated having to walk all the way up to the top of the bleachers. And it seemed I always had to sit there.
When I went to a Pistons game, the seats were pretty high up, and you feel like you can just fall down over all the people below you if you lean over to far. I always did ok on rollercoasters, but there is something a little safe feeling about being tied in.
I never, ever care to go see the Grand Canyon. I think hubby would love to go there. There is a swinging bridge not far from here that always freaked me out. It was ok, if I went on it by myself. But some meanie would always have to start swinging it as I am halfway across.
My husband and 12 year old daughter climbed on top of the barn last year to watch some fireworks. There is no way I would be able to do that. My 11 year old daughter tried to, but she was so scared, and she started crying.
