Oh no! Well, if everything else has failed and you've got nothing to lose, I'd try some nail polish remover. Maybe some of the non-acetone type first and then bring in the big guns. I haven't had good luck in getting nail polish out of fabric. You might try calling your salon (if they do nails) and see if they have any tips for you.
