Default I made gravy!! Thanks Survivormom!

I have never been good at making gravy. I used Survivormom's recipe from Rachael Ray and it turned out perfect. My husband said it was the best he ever had. It is definitely a keeper. Just wanted to say thanks !!

Here are the directions if anyone is interested: Melt 1/4 cup butter in a pan. Whisk in 1/4 cup flour. Let this bubble up and cook (whisking the whole time so it doesn't burn) until it was a golden brown. Then thin it out with chicken stock or drippings.

That's wonderful! I'll have to try that sometime. I use the drippings that are in the turkey for my gravy..

That's wonderful it turned out so nice for you. Here's my recipe : open jar of Heinz gravy and heat through so I'm impressed.
