So, I ventured out to Staples this morning. I should have know something wasn't right when they didn't open their doors until 6:10. We got in and they said only one register was working. I found the stuff I wanted and was in line within 5 minutes. The line never moved. They said they were having system problems. After waiting for about 30 minutes they tell the cash customers they can go to the copy center to check out. I move over there and low and behold, that computer crashes after only 1 or 2 customers check out. 7 am I am still in line. I didn't want to just put my stuff down and leave so I asked a manager if they could hold it and I could buy it later. He said yes. So they bagged my stuff and took my name and number. I went home and checked online and was able to order all but the free photo paper (although they won't confirm the order right away so I am not 100% sure it went through). Hopefully between the two I got what I wanted. Just crazy.

Oh that stinks! I wasn't able to get out this morning. But I am sure I will still find some good deals before Christmas.

fALL SEVEN TIMES STAND UP EIGHT!

Their systems were probably down due to the high traffic use on their server/systems. A few online stores ae having that issue. I just didnt see any great sales this year for some reason. But I do shop all year round and have found great deals. TO me BF is not a good time shop, stores only carry a few of the great deals (some say only 2 per store or 10 per store) c'mon thats rediculous! I dont even bother.

Sucks for you having got up that early but how horrible for those that work there. The employees that have to take the heat for the system being down. I would definately not want to be in their shoes!
