I sent a picture of my twins to my infertility specialist (when they were babies). During my last visit with him, he had pointed to an empty space on their bulletin board and said there was a slot for a picture of twins. Generally I don't send out pictures to mine or the kids doctors.

I love looking at the wall of Christmas cards at our pediatrician's office but i've never sent one.

This year i might send one to my infertility doctor's office though. They might like to see how handsome my boys are at 4 and 7!!
