I've never done this one before but I was in the doctor's office the other day looking at all the pictures that have been sent to our pediatrician and I thought I might actually send one out this year to my childrens' doctor as well as the doctor that delievered Logan. Especially since Logan's birth was a little on the dramatic side and I truely believe that they (my doctor and and the pediatrician combined) saved his life and his little brain. I thought it might be nice for them to see first hand how well their work turned out.

My OB received pics of both boys at my 6wk checkups. The boys' old ped I did give pics to. We really hit it off but she moved away a couple months after Ian was born. The new ped I like but we don't have that awesome relationship at this time. She didn't get one this year.

I gave them one of doctor holding baby after delivery(cleaned up of course). Or they will take pic of baby and doc at the 6 wk checkup and post if u want. I will send a xmas this year as we aren't in as often, but the kids love their doc. They usually make him pics and bring him some treats as xmas.

I gave pictures (because I was asked) at their six week checkup, but I have never sent them to the pediatrician. We see him enough, that is for sure! He knows what they look like.

I sent my ob/gyn office a birth announcement which came with a picture. But I spent soooo much time there I really got to know them. At three months left, I was there every week. At six weeks left, twice a week.

Gosh, maybe I'm the only one. We send our pediatrician a Christmas card picture every year. They love receiving the pictures and hanging them up in the office. I also sent my OB birth announcements with the kids 1st pictures.

Nope and I wouldn't, even if I was asked. I'm just not comfortable with my kids pictures being displayed in a office, school etc

I have not but I'm sure they would appreciate it if they received a picture. It sounds like a nice gesture. There are lots of pictures of babies at the ob office.
