We ate out yesterday and I was in the bathroom changing my son's diaper (it was a bad one). Anyway, as we were leaving this woman approached me and said, "I was listening to you talking to your baby and you're a very nice mother and I just wanted to let you know that." I didn't even know anyone else was even in there! But it still made me feel good!

Awwww, I am glad she gave you warm fuzzies!

It totally made my day ... especially since when we first arrived my four year old annouced, "I'm not eating until I get a pony!" and then "You hurt my feelings!"

Ya, I let her daddy take care of that one!

That is so sweet. Being a mom, I like to compliment moms when I see them being great moms, especially if they have a lot going on and still manage to keep it together. We doubt ourselves so often, it's nice to get a pat on the back.

So, is Santa bringing a little pony?
